Thanks for visiting BurnBodyFat.net. I hope you’ll find the blog useful, entertaining, and most importantly, an effective tool in your fight against body fat.
As a former Army sergeant, and an Army certified physical trainer, you can imagine my surprise when I began adding some extra pounds; especially around the mid-section.
And this despite the fact that I am still doing daily calisthenics and running about 25 miles every week.
In the past, I could eat anything and everything, and never fluctuate more than two or thee pounds either way. But as we get older, our metabolism begins to slow down; and it becomes harder and harder to keep the body we once had.
So I started this blog to share with you some of the tips and tricks that I have had to incorporate into my daily routine to reduce body fat and keep the weight off once I’ve lost it.
Hopefully, you can benefit from what I have had to learn and what has worked for me as well.
Naturally, everyone’s body is different; but the principles behind burning body fat are universal. So you may find that you already know a lot of stuff here…
But I’m hoping you may just discover one or two other tips and tricks in this blog that will help you burn body fat fast and effectively.
